Refund policy
Final Sale & Limited Defect Policy
At Vinabella Jewelry, each piece is crafted using high-carat gold, rare gemstones, and specialized fabrication techniques. Many of our designs are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities using market-sensitive precious metals.
Due to the bespoke and high-value nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Market-Based Materials & Custom Production
Our pieces are created using high-purity gold and rare materials whose value fluctuates daily based on global precious metal markets. Pricing reflects material value at the time of purchase.
Because each item is produced specifically for the client and crafted with specialty materials, it cannot be restocked or resold under our quality standards.
Limited Defect Resolution
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry. However, a piece will only be considered “defective” under the following condition:
A verified manufacturing flaw or physical damage present at the time of delivery.
Defective does not include:
-
Normal variations in natural gemstones
-
Minor irregularities inherent in handmade craftsmanship
-
Personal preference (color, size, weight, or feel)
-
Wear and tear after delivery
-
Damage caused by improper handling, resizing, or third-party modification
-
Market fluctuations in gold value
If your piece arrives physically damaged during shipment or contains a clear manufacturing fault, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Please provide:
-
Clear photographs of the item
-
Photos of the packaging
-
Your order number
Upon review and verification, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.
Repair Services, Maintenance & Structural Integrity Policy
At Vinabella Jewelry, our pieces are crafted from high-carat gold and rare materials requiring proper care and periodic maintenance. Fine jewelry is not indestructible and must be worn responsibly.
Paid Repair Services (Outside Delivery Defect Window)
After the 48-hour delivery defect reporting window has passed, all repairs are considered routine service and are the financial responsibility of the client.
This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Prong tightening
-
Stone tightening
-
Polishing and refinishing
-
Chain repair
-
Clasp replacement
-
Surface scratch removal
-
Resoldering
-
Structural reinforcement
Repair pricing will be quoted prior to service. Payment must be received before work begins.
VinaBella Jewelry reserves the right to decline repair if a piece has been excessively altered, structurally compromised, or improperly handled.
Stone Loosening & Maintenance Clause
All fine jewelry settings experience natural wear over time. Daily wear, impact, friction, and environmental exposure may cause prongs to shift or stones to loosen.
Stone loosening is considered normal wear and maintenance — not a manufacturing defect.
Clients are responsible for:
-
Periodic inspection of prongs and settings
-
Removing jewelry during physical activity
-
Avoiding impact exposure
-
Proper storage
Vinabella Jewelry is not responsible for lost stones due to wear, impact, improper care, or failure to maintain settings.
We recommend professional inspection at least once per year.
Resizing Disclaimer
Due to the structural characteristics of high-carat gold and custom settings:
-
Not all pieces are eligible for resizing.
-
Significant resizing may compromise structural integrity.
-
Resizing services, if approved, are billed separately.
Rings resized beyond two standard sizes may weaken the band or setting structure.
If resizing or modification is performed by a third party, Vinabella Jewelry assumes no responsibility for resulting damage, distortion, stone loss, or structural failure.
Third-Party Work & Modification Waiver
Any repair, resizing, polishing, resetting, engraving, or structural modification performed by a third party immediately voids:
-
Delivery defect eligibility
-
Service responsibility
-
Any implied workmanship claim
We cannot guarantee the integrity of pieces altered outside our workshop.
Limitation of Liability
VinaBella Jewelry shall not be liable for:
-
Incidental or consequential damages
-
Market value fluctuations
-
Loss of use
-
Emotional or sentimental valuation
-
Lost stones due to wear or impact
-
Damage caused by improper care, accidents, or third-party service
Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item.
Acknowledgment of Terms
By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges:
-
Fine jewelry requires maintenance
-
High-carat gold is softer than lower karat alloys
-
Structural integrity depends on responsible wear
-
All sales are final
These terms are binding at the time of checkout.
Order Confirmation
We strongly encourage clients to carefully review specifications, sizing, and details prior to purchase. We are available to answer any questions before your order is finalized to ensure complete confidence.
