ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States.

SHIPPING RATES

• Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $75

• Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout for orders under $75

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Vinabella Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Vinabella Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
